We all experience change, adversity and the need to adapt. Coaching is rooted in forward movement, growth, and habit change in response to our evolving circumstances. As your coach, I’ll provide you with support, insight, accountability, resources, and inspiration.  I’ll support your vision of success by helping you find solutions to challenges that arise and creating a safe space for expression, learning, and action.  I’ll help you draw on your strengths to make lasting and effective habit changes that become part of who you are and how you want to evolve.  In doing so, we’ll find sustainable practices that fit into your unique life and schedule and help you feel your best.

Utilizing an integrative, culturally sensitive approach, my coaching style draws tools and inspiration from strength-based and person-centered theories, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused brief therapy.  I view holistic wellness as the interconnections between health and all other life domains.  I believe that when we tune in and listen to ourselves, and seek support when needed, we are much more likely to find many of the answers we need to inform our well-being already within us.

Coaching is rooted in forward movement, growth, and habit change.  Habit change is powerful because habits are catalysts for deeper change.  How does deep change happen?

At a young age, we develop beliefs and narratives about ourselves and our place in the world, some healthy and others harmful.  As the things that we do in our daily lives align more closely with who we desire to be, we might find ourselves replacing unhealthy narratives with ones that encourage and reflect hope, self appreciation, gratitude, and well-being.  Thus, habits and behaviors are not only things that we do, but carry the ability to continuously shape who we are.  The coaching process involves wrapping effective, sustainable actions with support, empathy, and accountability—and this creates the potential for meaningful and lasting personal transformation.

Individual Coaching Sessions

Individual coaching sessions can be scheduled at a frequency that works most effectively for you. Coaching sessions can be held by phone or secure online video.  Online coaching sessions are available across New York State.

$80 per session.

90 Days to Rise

90 Days to Rise is a comprehensive, 90 day program that guides you through a process of transformation, exploring the health and lifestyle components that nourish you.  Additional topics covered will be personalized to your needs and might include nutrition, movement, stress management, building intuition, clearing clutter, managing time commitments, and more.  The program includes 12 weekly sessions.

$880 for 12 session sequence.

Short Term Consultation & Support

Short term consultations are available to help you work through a concern, change, or decision that may be appropriate for short term resolution in 1-3 coaching sessions.  Coaching can provide a neutral perspective and encourage discussion by presenting a holistic view of the concern or choice and prompting productive reflection and a confident resolution.

$80 per session.
